My friend brought over a sinful thing that I will never ever allow in my house again. Cinnabun Muffins. They were so soft, and sweet, and yummy, and I ordered her to take them home with her when she left.

lunch today was so good. laughing cow cheese and salmon on whole wheat crackers and a few black berries. I just wanted to share. I really like that lite laughing cow cheese.

I'm lucky to have her, and lucky to have you guys too! Guess what? No icecream this weekend! I went walking alot too! WAlked my feet off almost. I wasn't perfect, but it was a much better weekend.

She actually used to be 330 herself and now she is 180, so she said she wouldn't dare tell anyone else what they should or shouldn't eat, with all the things she went through (330 at 16)

Nah, Beth things aren't worse. No worries. Debate is good and healthy as long as people think about what they are saying. I have learned a lot through debate.

Hows the liquid thing working out? I maybe could do mushies, but not so sure I can do liquids again. It's hard enough for the two days after the fill.

Ezma. You are such a strong lady to deal with all this. I wonder what biologically makes people need food when there stressed, or if it is just something that people who already have a problem with food do. Like a smoker smokes more at hospitals. What do you guys think? Starbucks has so many hidden fat and calories. It's almost like eating a full unhealthy meal. But you know I love my sugar and cream in my coffee, and I've tried substitutes and they make me sad. Sooo, I just limit my coffee, but I can do that because I'm not a coffee addict. Oh...and I gained three lbs last week, but that was to be expected. I know what happened so I can fix it. It's when I have been trying hard and doing everything right that I gain weight and get sad. Just gotta get back on that horse. Today has started off great. I have some cut apples dipped in a little lemon juice to keep them from turning, and a little peanut butter to dip them in for lunch. Then I have a busy weekend planned so no time to sit around thinking about food. It's when I get bored that the fridge starts calling.

You know, if icecream isn't in the house I don't eat it. Not anymore, not since we started this thread I have kept my sugar craving ass out of coldstone, but about a week ago I snuck breyer's in the buggy. And tried to finish it in three days. I threw the rest of it away after I told on myself in here. Well, Marcie saw how much I enjoyed that icecream, so at the grocery store she saw it was on sale and pointed and I said "No, I don't need that. I can't have a small serving." and she nodded and we bought some apples and some laughing cow cheese. I felt a little proud of myself.

You know, I agree with you there. My Dr kept telling me your not on a diet, your not on a diet...so when I thought...I really shouldn't eat that my mind told me back "Why not? Your not on a diet."

Heart you back. I should really get myself out of this thread too. If I exercised as much as I played on the internet I would be a size six by now. Hey Donna. Do they both have to be minors for that to work? I don't know. That seems kind of creepy if it doesn't...with the whole consent thing. Like a dad telling someone is own age. I like you, here...take my daughter, I don't need her anymore. If a 26 year old was sleeping with a fourteen year old with the fourteen year old parents permission, would it still be a crime? Voting is a right...we don't let children or goats vote. Why don't we let children vote? The same reason we don't let children marry right? Because they are not adults.

I believe they might be. The difference is by acting on that they are damaging an innocent child. Maybe they really are born that way, it doesn't make what they do any less horrible. That is why the whole thing about "If we let the gays marry, next thing you know Grown ups will wanna marry a baby, and Men will be marrying a goat!" Since when can the goat say "I do" and sign the marriage licence? By a Man marrying a man, or a woman marrying a woman, or a man marrying a woman, they (both adults) are entering into a contract and not damaging themselves or anyone around them. Maybe the kids when they get a divorce...Which if you are not going to let gay marriages happen because of "protecting the sancity of marriage" then divorce should be pretty damn illegal too. Do I think it should be? Hell no, but neither should prohibiting someone else from it either. They are both adults, both are people. We are not talking about a union between one man, and one hot ass goat. I don't think you will see five year olds holding signs demanding marriage rights standing in the street. I don't think you will see the goat on television begging to be treated like everyone else.

I agree. I totally understand the anger, I am dealing with that myself right now. At least no more by you than by the people who went seeking to change the constitution. I don't have a problem with people thinking that what I do is wrong, that's their problem. I do have a problem with someone messing with the constitution to take something away from only a small group of people, any people. Once again I will say for the seventy seventh time that if the churchs want to keep the word marriage they can have it just make ALL unions that partian to the government civil unions. I'll say it for the seventy eighth time. Make all marriages in the church and make government recognize only civil unions. I think that is a fair compromise, but just like in all compromises their will be people on both sides unsatisfied. I am not all gay people. Just one gay person. I'm also a christian, a southerner, a woman, a student, a tax payer, and many other things. Just like everyone else, I deserve all the things that the government affords for everyone else. So do you. I wouldn't let a personal belief against anyone led me to believe that you didn't deserve the same things as anyone else. Or maybe you are trying to convince me that homosexuality is wrong, unnatural, whatever. I can promise you that that will never ever happen. I'm sorry.
