I lost over 20 lbs by cutting out soda and going low carb and high Protein. My lunch consist of flavored Water and a cpl P2 snack packs...yogurt for Breakfast and a sensible dinner. No Pop

Surgery date is 9/28/16. Pre-op diet start 9/21. SW was 267.5, CW is 236.0. Super excited to get this surgery and start my new life
