Hi Everyone. My original date was 12/6/16. I went into the hospital, went through all of pre-op and when I woke up, my surgeon was standing there with a picture of my insides telling me that they couldn't perform the RNY that they had to repair my hernia (that no one knew about). I am trying to look on the bright side and at least I know exactly what to expect with regard to pre-op, and some of the recovery... (I'm still pretty mad.) My new date is 2/7/17. I am so looking forward to having this behind me!!! Luckily, my boss is extremely supportive and is ok with me take another leave in February. I'm looking forward to walking this path with all of you. BlueZen106
