I personally started get my ack together once I learned how and what to eat from the dietitian personal I had every food you can name in wasn't gone let that be the reason I gain weight or stop my process here Iam 5 days out 55 pds down overall it's how bad do you really want it .I hear story's like these all the time and honestly if your tried of being fat and unhealthy you'll bust your butt to do right I'm not coming down on just giving my experience Goodluck Sent from my Z981 using the BariatricPal App
