I had my surgery on 2 August 2016, I'm doing fine so far, and I'm down 40 pounds. This was the best decision I made to have Gastric Sleeve surgery. I feel so much lighter, and I love the person that I see looking back at me in the mirror.

I stayed off work for one week, however I have an office job. -

I went back to work (office job) 7 days after surgery, I didn't have any issues. -
I use the Water tracker app is free and you can download it on your smart phone. I have mine set to drink every 5 minutes.

I also took one week off. I also have a management office job and I was fine. -
