  1. Hi. The sleeve usually has a two year success rate. The RNY a ten year sucess rate. I did the divided RNY. for maximum weightloss. It causes malabsorption. With the sleeve you domt have to take the vitamins like in the RNY be ause they are just cutting off your stomach and leaving a bananna size one but still has proper functions.

      Where did you get those figures for success rates? Most statistics are averages anyway and I believe anyone who does the work required can be successful with either surgery long term.

      You still need to take vitamins with the sleeve, just not as many as the RNY.
