Protein Goal too low?

I was 204 pre diet and after 3 day diet was 196. My highest weight was 210. I had surgery 8/26 and I weigh 174.6 now. I feel I've had a lot of weeks with 0 loss but as long as I am moving in the right direction, all is well. How are you doing? Sent from my SM-G900T using the BariatricPal App
