Hi all, Its been a long time since I wrote in here. Im 8 months out and have lost about 70-75 pounds. I feel stuck and my will power has gone out the window. this happened when I went back to work full time. I am back to using food to make me feel better. I am also drinking diet coke. So I need some help to get back on track. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Zallykat16

10/15/17 Good Afternoon All, I've been having trouble not regressing to eat bad things since the Sonoma Wildfires started. I can't eat a lot at a time but I can snack. I'm trying to stay strong but when I get stressed its very hard to do. These fires are scary. We are still in our house but I worry about evacuating myself, my husband and our 3 cats a lot. It makes me want to eat. Any suggestions on willpower?

How about some NSVs!?!?
zallykatz16 replied to shyanne's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I hope your surgery went well @SGirl35. MY NSV is being able to cut my toe nails with out pain. P. S. what does NSV actually stand for? -
Hello All, Its been a while since I posted because I have been recovering from my RNY on 9/11. I am still having a lot of pain three weeks out. I read that some people don't get pain at all. Anybody still have pain and if so how are you handling it? Thanks, Zallykatz16

I had my RNY 9/11 and I still have lots of pain. I have been lucky with liquids because I have been able to drink them down pretty easily. I get tired very easily but today I went out for 2 outings and I'm tired but happy. -
