My name is JT and I'm 15 years old and on (August 15 2016) I had gastric bypass in Houston Texas at Texas children's hospital. Everything was going GREAT until I had my first protein shake!! Everytime I try to drink one I gag and throw up!! And it HURTS!!!! And it's not that I'm drinking to fast it's the smell,taste,and texture of it! Does anyone know of another way to get protein? I need another way cause I CANT go another day of FORCING myself to drink these because I NEED protein!! And I have a month to go!!! ANYONE PLEASE HELP!! Thank You!!
