Anxiety I can't help it sux....
gigijean replied to juliorodz's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It's natural we all felt the same Remember how exciting this is you have a great future xx -
I think I must be one of the older ones here I'm 67 but I feel like a kid since the surgery I had VSG in sept 2016 I was 218 now 169 and I'm so happy . I didn't have any complications just tired for a few weeks . I paid for it myself it cost me ten thousand pounds here in the UK and worth every penny . Like everyone else best decision ever just wish I had done it when I was younger . Good luck every one x

I had the same problem , so started taking the capsules , I find I get a couple of minutes of feeling sick . I told my nutritionist and he said there's a medication called baracol , when taken you don't need B12 iron or calcium as it has everything . You can't get it on prescription and it costs about £78 for 3 months supply Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

Browneyedgirl41 my surgery was sept 7 th and for a week I said this was the stupidest thing I've ever done because I felt so poorly and depressed , but thank goodness that feeling has left me it's probably the effects of surgery. You will also feel better soon I'm sure. We have so much to learn forward to now I'm sorry about your mum that is making you feel down for sure Big hugs to you Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
