I decided on the sleeve because your body absorbs the nutrients from food. With the RYN you lose alot of the nutrients when you eat. That's what made my decision. Hope this helps. [emoji1]

I ordered and just received the chicken soup and the unflavored by unjury but I haven't tried it yet. I wanted the unflavored to add to my favorite liquids. [emoji120] I thought that was the best way to get my protein in with the unflavored. Can't wait to try them both

Try to get in 48 to 64 ounces of clear liquids and 60 grams of protein liquid is ALL my doctor recommends for the first two weeks. Try that because your new stomach isn't ready for pureed foods yet. Sip sip sip and walk walk walk will definitely help! Hope u feel better soon!
