Unjury unflavored protein isn't bad at all. Just add a LITTLE to your meal supplement to get the protein you need. I am sampling different drinks now before my surgery to find out what I like...hopefully my taste buds don't change post op.

Hi everyone! If anyone like banana flavor, these are the shakes for you! I have fell in love with them. They are made by Premier Protein with 30 grams protein, 1 gram sugar, and 160 calories . I found them at Sam's Club. Hope this helps someone...

I told only one close friend of mine. He is very supportive with my decision. I feel like his ears are going to fall off the side of his head as much as I have talked about it!! [emoji1] [emoji15] OMG!! I want to keep it a secret because I have my mind set on this...excited & doing it for myself and I don't have time for everyone's opinion, questions and some negativity! If I thought about Uber before I told him, he probably would not know lol but I think everyone need at lease one person to have that listening ear & support!

The consistency is like milk @@Monet08 with the flavor of banana. I drink them very very cold, shakes taste better to me when they are almost frozen. Hope this helps.[emoji4]
