I had my surgery Dec 1 and have lost 63lbs since then. However i have beeb stuck at 172 since then end of July. I have lost another dress size but no weight. Anyone else having the same issues? I go to the gym 3-5 days a week. I was doing 15 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of weights ans thought that could be part of it. I do see muscle gain. So i have cut out the weights and now do 15 minutes running and 20-25 minutes of the stair master. I have beeb tracking my food intake and its been staying under the 1200 calories. I will be 2 weeks post op tomorrow and each day is a little better. Still get tired out easily but that could be because I can't get in all my Protein. Smells and tastes make me want to gag. I hope so. I am 2 days post op as well. Stupid gas pain is driving me nuts plus one of my incisions feels super tight so it hurts when I am standing. My husband had the surgery a little over a month ago and he says it gets better each day. And is alot better by day 7. Surgery went well yesterday. Still sore and a little nauseous. Hopefully it gets better so I can go home today. One of my incision is very indented almost looks like I have a second belly button and that spots hurts the worse . From the time I got everything cleared ( 2 Mindful Eating 2 Support Group Goal weight Dr London and Kim approval) it took 6 weeks to get my surgery. When I first woke up I was in a lot of pain. I would say relationships are built on trust and understanding so you need to be able to tell him and if he truly cares for you he should at least try and understand where you are coming from. For me I was in the same situation 5 years ago and put off the surgery not because my then boyfriend wouldn't understand but because I knew I wanted another child and didn't want to have to wait 2 more years to get pregnant. Now 5 years later we are married and have an almost 3 year old and my husband has had the surgery about a month ago and December 1st I go in for mine.
