Thank you sdell....hang in there..I will be very honest..the first 6-8 weeks I thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life...but that is just a phase..and it will pass and you will be so happy you took that step. It's a tough road..but a well worth it road in the end. I am about 20 lbs from my goal and can actually feel like I can grasp the end in sight. If you have any questions let me know.
