AMAZING!!!! You look like a totally different person. How much weight have you lost total? I have lost 96 lbs and went from a size 24-26 to a size 12-14. Congrats. -

I am at 168 and have been for the last year. If this is as good as it gets I am content with my choice. I would do it again in a heartbeat. -

How much weight have you lost total and when were you banded. I was banded in June of 08 and started out at 264 and size 22/24 and now two years later am 180 size 14... -

NICE JOB...look at that weight coming off...and you have a waist.. GREAT JOB. -
Thank you sdell....hang in there..I will be very honest..the first 6-8 weeks I thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life...but that is just a phase..and it will pass and you will be so happy you took that step. It's a tough road..but a well worth it road in the end. I am about 20 lbs from my goal and can actually feel like I can grasp the end in sight. If you have any questions let me know. I will help answer anything I can. Hang in there and good luck. You will do great. One of the hardest part is getting up the courage to actually get it done. Good Luck.
