I know it's awesome to know I am able to ride and not break the horses back..and I feel so much better..in such better shape. Better post pics when you do..can't wait to see other horse lovers out there living their dream.

HAHAHA no workouts..other then chasing after my 4 kids and horseback riding. That has become my new hobby since I have lost weight. I bought 2 horses and I ride several times a week. You wouldn't think it was a work out..but it is....if you do it right.

Thank you ladies....yes she's a beautiful creature...and she's so sweet. I have recently gotten me a second horse that i love as well....I think you are either a horse person or you aren't...and thankfully I am...and now I get to follow my passion. I wouldn't have ever tried to really have a horse while I was over 260 lbs....but now I don't worry as much about it...and it's so relaxing and such a stress reliever to climb up there and just ride.

I can feel the swishing of the liquid going in and out...my doc said some people do...it didn't hurt just a weird sensation...hard to explain.

I was banded 2 yrs ago june 2...and I started out at 264 and am at 183-181...teeter between the both...so am pretty close to your numbers..but have been told by the docs that's the best way and that the last few are the hardest...I officially have 20 lbs to go to goal and know it will be uphill the whole way..although I don't look like what I had thought thanks to the excess skin around my tummy (thanks to 4 kids) lol....but keep up the good work and keep your chin up...as long as I am losing and not gaining I will forge through it.. LOL

june 1 is my 2 yr band anniversary

HAHAH I used my iphone....works like a charm. I am trying not to get discouraged and it helps that people are really making a big deal about how much weight I am losing..so I guess even though the numbers are small that I'm losing it's paying off. Where do you live? I am in Texas.

LOL Bonita I sure wish....looks can be deceiving.....lol but even if this is as good as it gets..I am still happy with my choice have done this. I am 26 lbs away from goal and actually thought I would look different after having lost that amount of weight...but AGE does play a factor....and 4 kids.....there is flab and bulges where there once wasn't.

AMAZING...I can't imagine being in a size 8.......I've made it to 14 and am awe.....great job.

I finally got into a 14...I'm so so so so excited. I have reached my size goal...although about 20 lbs off my weight goal.
