Hi Kelsey! I am in the 6 month waiting process that my insurance requires for supervised weight loss program. I live in Lafayette and am as well going to St V. Carmel. I had my initial consult, psych eval and the psych eval required me to meet with a therapist 6 times over 3 months and submitt a letter to him. I had the lap bad for 7 years, it slipped and I had it removed. Doubled my weight in a year and then got my ah-ha moment in March of this year.
