I am so busy at work, that I don't even go to the bathroom all day! I am definitely going to have to work on the drinking. I Have started and done pretty well so far today. (42ozs and its only 230)
  2. My next appt is March 25. It is for the breathing tesy, cardiologist, Nut and psych. Then I guess I go from there. I have read most positive things about the sleeve. I dont want a bypass, i dont want THAT much done to my intestines. My dr wouldn't even discuss it with me I have over 100 to lose

    Hydration issues

Since I still have about 3 months until my surgery, I am working on increasing my fluids. I just made up some crystal light, and I'm trying to find a Protein shake that I like.

  5. The closer I get, the more scared I get. But the fear of what my future holds if I DON'T GET IT SCARES ME MORE!

    Hydration issues

I have a question about hydration...I am not being sleeved until June, but I was wondering...HOW am I going to get 64ozs of fluids in AFTER surgery when I hardly drink anywhere near that now??? I drink maybe 24 ozs a day. I am working on it though.

I know this is off the topic of your reply, but I just tried the Firlife low fat milk snd it was good. Is it ok for us to drink the chocolate? (I am trying to learn everything I can before my June sleeve surgery)

    Noosa yogurt?

Thank you. I did try the new yoplait greek 100, it was ok. I could probably keep eating that, I am just trying different kinds.
  9. Does anyone know if Noosa yogurt would be a good choice after sleeve surgery? I am wondering because it seems to have alot of sugar, but I think the Protein amount is high also. Medical alert bracelet

I haven't had my sleeve surgery yet, but this is the first I have ever heard of medical alert bracelets for bariatric surgery. Is it necessary?

    Driving

I would definitely NOT drive if I am taking meds. Thats one reason I decided to have it done in June, when I'm off all Summer. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app
  20. Hi. I will be getting my sleeve surgery in June, I was wondering, do you have to wait a certain amount of time to drive after surgery? Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

    Outpatient sleeve anyone?

    Outpatient sleeve anyone?

It's ok. I understand what you mean. I think in my heart, I KNOW it's probably the best thing to stay at least 1 night to make sure everything is ok. It's just that I have NEVER stayed overnight in the hospital. I guess I'm just worried Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app
