Hi! I am doing amazing! I have lost 90 pounds now and have so much energy and motivation!

I started my weight loss journey with the gastric sleeve on August 3, 2016. I have hit several stalls along the way, but I have embraced them for what they are. Never let anyone tell you that you are taking the easy way out!! It is by no means EASY! It is painful because you have a major operation, you mourn the loss of your best friend, food, and you experience different side effects like malnutrition (in the beginning), constipation, and being cold all the time.
