I felt the same way a week or two out before surgery. But then i realized i have done that before and always reverted back to my eating habits. Now if i eat too much i feel absolutely terrivle because i ate more than i could have. Im sure it depends on your body just like any diet, i was sleeved on 9/21 and im down 15 lbs. It is hard because im a single dad and i make my boys dinner nightly so i get very hungry as you can imagine lol.
