OH I like:thumbup: the Fuzzy Naval and I also use the JDRobb Vanilla in things it tastes way better then others. Its a whey protien as well. Nectar is like its juiced based and I don't like milk at all so I use those a lot.

Try just taking them 1-2 at a time slowly with lots of liquid. I take immune suppression so too many to crush etc I started taking them right away just slow and easy 1-2 at a time. I'm 1 year out and can swallow all again at once with a small sip of water. Just go easy if it doesn't work go back each week you will see differences. Being 1 year out I'm way different then early on.
