Hello! I am one week out after having the sleeve procedure. I go to the doctor for a follow up appointment this week and will get to introduce mushy foods. Hi! I just had surgery last Monday. My best advice is to get out of bed. It's going to hurt and you are going to want to just lay there, but it will pay off. Walk as much as you can Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
