I am 1 year and 8 months post op. I was 268 lbs and those first 69 lbs to make it to onederland felt like a life time. As I got closer I seemed to weigh myself daily and it just made me more anxious. When I finally made it to 199 I cried. Finally I made it. I think it took 3 to 4 months to get there. Now I'm at 178. I've actually gained 4 lbs even though I've been at a stall for about 3 months now. It's hard work but stick to it and the weight comes off. Don't lose hope.
