I personally have not counted calories at all so far. I am 6 weeks out and I just make sure I get in those 65 grams of protein each day and for me I am doing that through protein water, protein shakes and some chicken. One day I did add it up and it was not a lot of calories but as I say I think we have been fooled by the media into thinking we need to stay under a certain amount etc. part of the reason we all have the surgery is to free ourselves of the worry of food intake to a degree. Protein is good and not full of calories. I would focus on that the first three months and see how you do. Congratulations on your accomplishments to date.
