I had the same problem and I used miralax. It worked great except everything I ate for the next 24 hrs went right through me. Once I couldn't even get to the bathroom. I'd rather be constipated. Not pleasant. Better now 8 weeks out and more normal food. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

I'm 8 weeks post op and I have such a feeling of failing. Had to go to a conference last week. Ate fancy dinners. I thought I ate very little walked a lot, came home gained 4 pounds. I feel like I can eat anything just not a lot of it. I'm afraid this won't work for me. I'm at a loss. No one understands. If I were able to diet in the first place I wouldn't be here. Feeling sad.
