I came up with a sausage pizza casserole. Chopped onions and turkey sausage (out of casing) sautéed in olive oil then add finely chopped mushrooms and spinach. Put in casserole dish Topped with petite tomatoes, Pizza seasoning & low fat mozzerella cheese bake at 350 until cheese melts. Yummm Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
