I'm also just over 3 months out (Sleeved 8/1/16) and am hovering around the 55lb mark. I stalled for a bit, but kept at it and pushed through. I'm expecting stalls here and there, but boy are they frustrating. Just live in the moment and stop looking at the scale..that's what I did. Concentrate on how you FEEL and not so much on the numbers on a scale. You look fabulous! -

I had to also quit before surgery. It was hard because of the "NO NICOTINE " so Patches, gum and e-cigs were not going to cut it. Strangely, I used carrots and celery. I munched my way through! I just had my sleeve done on 8/1/16 and it was done in Boston. The only thing I brought from home was lip balm. But I made sure there was a pillow in the car for the ride home. You will need it! Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
