I had gastric bypass on july 27 2016. First 3 weeks were tough with the eating (broth/soups) and learning to sip my Water. However I felt I was getting the hang of it. I went to my 3 week post op appt and I was down 30 pounds!! I couldnt believe it. The middle of my 4th week I started to introduce new foods and I have noticed I can't keep anything in. This is TMI but I have constant diarrhea Anytime I eat something 20 mins later, my stomach starts turning, I have to go to the restroom. I have not been able to intake all my Protein all though I do try. I can not tolerate the smell. I force myself to drink the shakes. Also I do stay hydrated and am drinking all my water and take my Vitamins. I was working out doing cardio and floor exercises now I feel like I have no energy. Any one else going thru anything like this. Does it stop? What can I take for an upset stomach?? Any advise??? ♡sammywammy ????

Omg everything u described is the exact same with me. I lost 10 pounds post op. I don't feel full. I eat a cup of the sugar free pudding and I ask myslef like am I full?? Lol I even hear growling as well. I had surgery July 27th, I had himotoma the day after my surgery I was taken back into surgery and they flushed everything out and gave me a drain. I lost alot of blood. I stayed 5 nights 6 days in the hospital. I was so nauseous I couldn't even smell broth at the time. But yea I'm struggling with knowing if I'm full or not. Or when do I stop not a stop. It's annoying. I keep thinking I stretched my pouch already. Lol ♡sammywammy ????

Oh my... lol well I hope your itchy situation goes away soon also, sounds like you have tried almost everything!! Good to know about the ice packs, thanks for the advice????. I was slouching because of my incisions and I think that is why I am scared to stand up straight. So my Dr suggested for me to purchase some spanx. I bought this tank top like top I guess it's like spanx it holds everything in... lol however I still feel the urge to scratch!! It feels hot, I just ignore it. But man it drives me crazy. ♡sammywammy ????

My tummy is so bloated still. Mild pain. And now my cuts are starting to get itchy. Just feeps lile it burns i want to scratch so bad. Lol. Any suggestions on what to do? ♡sammywammy ????
