  2. I use Celebrate vitamins. I like the pills, I take 3 a day and the soft chews are really good as well. I use soft chews for calcium and the ate like a soft Starburst candy. 6. Hello all, I'm a 47 year old female living in South Central PA. I hit my 1 year surgery anniversary on February 15th. I've list over 75 lbs., and I've stalled. Those old emotional fears are creeping back in and I'm afraid I'm done losing weight. I can eat more food and sometimes I'm not making the right choices. I feel like I'm living in constant fear. Does/did anyone ever experience this? Any seasoned mentors out there with some wisdom to spread? [emoji6]

    Looking for a buddy

Thank you all for your responses. On August 15th I'll be 6 months gastritis bypass. I'm down 59 lbs, I'm under 200 lbs for the 1st time in probably 7 or 8 years. I limit myself on what I eat cause I don't like veggies, I really really wish I did, but I don't. I'm also limited on nut and foods with seeds be a use I've had diverticulitis in the past. I eat a lot of the same foods, such as yogurt and cheese. I know I need to start to expand but for some reason, I don't want to eat that many things. Then I have the awesomeness of PMS which was bad prior to surgery and just as bad after surgery. I was recent put on Paxil by my physician, the stress between my job and the wanting to crawl out of my skin due to PMS takes its toll. Does anyone have any of these issues? I am grateful for how far I've come and yet I feel stuck. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
