Hi all I'm 44 had sleeve surgery 7/13/16 weight day of surgery 275. First week and a half I lost 20 pounds I haven't lost anymore weight. I can't find a Protein drink I like so I'm not getting much in the way of Protein. I do my Water just fine to stay hydrated but every time i take the multi Vitamin it makes me sick????
