I felt the same way about 3 weeks out...I hit a 2 week stall but then it broke and I've lost 100.8lbs to date. Just be patient.

I love Enell sports bras they are by far the most supportive. But I just used a regular bra and was fine

I went back after just under 2 weeks. I probably could have returned after a week. The fatigue is tough though and that will last a month or more.

I'm 7.5 months post sleeve. I've lost 92lbs but in the last 2 months I have lost maybe 8lbs. I lose 0 to 1.5 a week. I'm getting discouraged because I'm still 40lbs from goal and the loss has slowed down so much I think I may be done.

I'm greedy I guess and not ready to have the weight loss end. I was feeling great but when it has slowed/stopped and according to bmi I'm still obese it is frustrating. I'm happy how far I have come though.

I'm almost 4 months post VSG and down 68lbs. I need to do more exercising but I've been very good about food....until now. I am day 3 of a week long vacation with my family and find I'm making bad food choices and snacking/grazing all day. Im worried I'm undoing all my hard work and won't be able to get back on track.
