Good Morning All & Happy Saturday !!! More than likely today will be the very last day I post on here. I've created new topics, I've wished people the best before they're surgery, I've congratulated people on they're success and it's like I'm invincible here...... I dont know if its a "knowing-eachother" thing or what exactly it is but its like I'm completely ignored. I'm not craving any attention what so-ever nor do I want anyone's pitty, I just think that this is such an awesum Support Group but it's like people stick to who they kno or something. Nothing personal towards no one just expressing my feelings so that in the future someone else won't go through the same feelings I have. Well, have a good one All !!!!!!! Amen I actually could've been done with everything including surgery BUT because of a spinal leak that needs to be patched there's been a delay but as soon as I get that procedure done and get a clearance letter from the Neurologist I will get the surgery done. Hello everyone I am new here and no I have not had my sleeve surgery as of yet. I'm still in process but almost done ! One more support group,Psych Evaluation,& Final Appt. 8/18/2016 !! I'm very excited BUT extremely nervous. Not worried about pain one bit but I am very much terrified of General-Anesthesia Also because of complications of an epidural from 10/8/2015 I have spinal Fluid accumulated in my neck (Small Amount) hoping I can still be approved for Sleeve Surgery.... In my case I chose Sleeve Surgery BUT because I have "Chronic-GERD" (is how the surgeon described it) he said there's no way I'll be able to tolerate, Sleeve Surgery will only make it worse,so Gastric Bypass it is for me!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Well I'm basically done with all requirements BUT unfortunately I didn't get a surgery date. Turns out that I have a Fluid leak in my spine wich needs to be patched because of that leak I have fluid settled in my neck, so surgeon says I have to be cleared by a Neurologist before I can go into surgery wich I agree, thing is I need another MRI to see where exactly the leak is coming from in order to be patched and to see if that fluid can be drained. But because I had 1 MRI they are making this big deal out of it so I was denied a second MRI. My doctor appealed the decision weeks ago and still no response, by the way my insurance is HealthFirst. I really wanna jus get everything over with so I can go ahead with WLS because I also have to deal with the fact that I am literally terrified of going under General Anesthesia .... Hey guys just wanna giv y'all an up-date, well after almost crying my eyes out & raising some hell I finally got that MRI done. Nurse actually scheduled it for next day!!!(wich was yesterday) So now I wait till Monday for results & we take it from there. Your actually so right @@shedo82773 ! The spine issue is in fact way more serious. I just need it taken care of ASAP so that I can move on and get a surgery date I really need this to help me with health problems.... And although i know MY surgeon is great, my fear with anesthesia is fear of having some kinda reaction or BP getting high while under or just not waking up, but I've done soo much research and I'm feeling more at ease with the research I've been doing!!!(ByTheWay1stTimeUnderGA)Thanks guys for your kind words Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
