Hey Tony. First well done that's amazing. Would you mind telling me/us more about your experience? I'm starting my pre-op next Tuesday for my surgery 9/13. What eating and exercise plan have you been able to follow to achieve incredible results. And if you wouldn't mind....what have been the highs and the lows? I'm sure all of use about to do the deed would appreciate some insight. Again bravo on the achievement and good luck getting to you goal!

So it's still 9/13 7pm. I have just started a two week holiday in Cyprus and have a mini bucket list. The day after I get home I start my pre-op plan. The list Champagne Lauren Perrier Rose T- bone Beer Kabab Maccys Tandoori mixed grill Cypriot meze Party I am compensating with exercise and 3lts of Water a day. I'm still excited and understand all the compilations BUT have a positive mind ....it is better than the alternative!!! Ollie x

Well done all. Must feel great. I'm due for my op 9/13 Clothes down sizing is one part I am looking forward to! I have a wardrobe of clothes that don't fit many new designer pieces. My first goal is to use them. Then bin them and buy some more. I like wearing suits and can't wait to wear a special one I bought but have never been able to wear. Big motivator!
