I am getting sleeved tomorrow guys. My HW 238.5 CW 229.5 GW 170 This is first time I have written that out. I am SO nervous. Any advcie???

Get up and start walking just as soon as you can post-op. I was walking the halls as soon as I could get the nurses to agree. Don't try to be tough and not take your pain meds. There's no award for not using them
Make sure you've got anti-nausea meds to take when you go home...they'll probably use IV anti-emetics while you're admitted, but you need something at home, too. Relax and get ready for this awesome tool to help you change your life Good luck and let us know how it goes! -
