So, I'm new at this and plan to be sleeved sometime in October, I have 2 more counseling visits. Since I have met my weight goal, I need to keep it off for the next 2 months or risk my insurance possibly denying me. I was told to start doing Protein bars and shakes to help. What are the differences in the powders, ready drinks, and bars?What are the best ones at a decent price? Is too much protein bad for you? Any websites with good advise, recipes? Any advice would help.
