@@Jazzzyjay I was denied twice. I complained to my human resources and they put me in contact with the insurance approval dept. After almost 45 days after the forms were filed, I was approved. Talk to the Insurance. Cocoon to Butterfly

Don't get upset with the surgeon before you compare your policy and the insurance approval department. Stay strong. Cocoon to Butterfly

I called the insurance myself. Come to find there insurance approval is with another company. I received 2 denials. I started making calls. Their requirements are different than what have on my policy. FIGHT IT Cocoon to Butterfly

I am now approved and have a date to be added to the losers bench. 01-04-17

I received my last approval for all my requirements. It will now be in the hands of the insurance. Then a surgery date. I am looking forward to be on the Losers Bench. All these diets through the years, I could of paid cash. Please send positive vibes my way. The heaviest weight before both knee replacements was 285. First appointment with my doctor 235. I am now approved and have a surgery date 01-14-17.

I know some of you use your phone to log you daily food intake. Is there a good food journal. w Would you be willing to share with me some ideas on creating a log please.

My approval process with the insurance started 10-21-16. After two denials, I finally received my APPROVAL, now waiting for my surgery date. Cocoon to Butterfly

I received my second denial. This insurance approval, either loses paperwork or adds something else to have xompleted. I was so up set with my first one. I think they want me to give up I am not a quitter. Still fighting. Cocoon to Butterfly

Thank you. I am still trying to get approved. They ask for two more documents, they Receive them. Then ask for more.I think they what me to give up. They do not know who they are dealing with. It seems like paperwork gets lost and they say they never received it. The surgeon sends it again. They ask me if I had a living will, if I was financially o k and asked if they could call my husband to speak with him. This is my body not his. I said go ahead and call him.
