  1. I'm a frequent lurker but never post anything on here. I'm 14 months post op vsg and am down 160 pounds as of this morning. I have been on a 6 week plateau because I've started to let carbs creep back in. I do feel great and work out six days a week with kickboxing, circuit training, and hot yoga but I'm starting to feel like this is it and is the lowest I'm going to get. Anybody else get to a point where they're not a goal, still have weight to lose, but don't feel terrible and think that this might be it? SW: 363 CW: 203

    Working out and calories in/out

  6. Hi! I was sleeved about 6 months ago and within the past month or two have really stepped up the exercise. The scale has barely moved in the past month or so and I'm not sure if it's a stall but figured someone on here might have some advice. I have been working out about 2 hours/6x per week. Usually a combination of either yoga, kickboxing, or spinning class plus doing weight training with a trainer a few times per week. I'm estimating with mfp that most days I burn about 1000 calories but I'm only eating 700-900... About 70-80g Protein and under 40 carbs. Is it an issue to burn more than I'm taking in?
