    I burp a lot!! It just comes out sometimes.I don't drink carbonated drinks,use a straw or chew gum...but I still just burp..lol

    I am 57 and am 7 mos. post op.Weight loss of 78 lbs. I feel great!! Surgery was a breeze, tired a lot for the first few months.That has resolved now.I have so much more energy!,but you must be faithful to taking your vitamins everyday! My knees don't bother me anymore.I can move so much faster.Can't wait to reach my goal!! Good luck and don't put it off
