Moon, just read your blog again. Nice job. As for not eating too good... - you said "if i can't control it now, how will i be able to with the band?" Well, it will be easier with the band. That's part of it's job, to help curb and control hunger. Don't get discouraged! You're doing great now, relearning how to eat properly. It takes time. All the bad habits didn't come overnight! Patience my dear. If i can do it, you can too!
