Thats cool I do snack,because I eat very lil so I eat through out the day and its healthy snacking. Im doing good 50 pounds lost in less then three months

I am 2 months and 3 weeks out and I have hit a stall. I been the same weight for a week 1/2. I am really feeling down. I feel like I should be losing way more.
