Hello! This is my very first post. Awe so new. I have a three weeks of pre-op diet . I am almost a week in, three Protein shakes a day (my surgeon/ clinic supplied them, thankfully they are chocolate flavored and very decadent) and max 250 cals of low glycemic veggies. I have Pasta in my cupboard, and I would like to just cook one noodle, or a nice piece of toast. I suppose I am still getting rid of bad habits, and beating some cravings. Ugh so hard, but it will be so worth it. I am already down weight, so that is awesome!
