I think for me the pre-op diet has really made me think how much I want to do this operation. I'm starting to get past the being hungry all the time. My NUT is making me eat 'normal' food and I'm not on the shakes. I think being on the shakes would be easier. I've done CWP and was much easier than making food. I'm taking Sanatogen A-Z. Day 5 of pre-op 8lbs down and getting some energy back.

So the administrator called me and my surgery date is 4th October. Ish is getting real. I had my pre-op assessment yesterday and very excited and nervous.
