  1. Hi Everyone! I was just wondering if anyone else has fibromyalgia and if you have any suggestions for dealing with the pain when you try to start exercising,also has weight loss helped with your symptoms? Does anything help with your symptoms? I've been trying to exercise to kick my metabolism in a bit but the pain is just ugly. Thanks Marguerite 308/275/145 banded 11/14/05 33 down 130 to go:)

  4. I was banded on 11/14/05 and I've lost 27 lbs since then! Yeah. I got my first fill today 2.2ccs just in time i wass getting so hungry i thought i was going to gain some weight back. Now for my question. I didnt eat much before my fill and didnt know I would need to be on liquids for a few days. I imediately went out and got a protien shake but, when I drank it I felt pretty full but in about a hour and a half I was starving again(dont you love how we dont hesitate to use that word even though I know I have never been actually starving) i made some broth with some baby food chicken and baby food green beans it was about 12 oz and it filled me again for about 2 hours. Should I be able to drink that much at a time and why am I getting hungry so fast, It felt like the band was fairly tight when i got the fill but maybe not? Help, Marguerite:rolleyes:
  5. Thank you so much!! I guess I didnt realize that you dont necessarily feel restricted from liquids, oh silly me! the dr told me liquids til monday, mushies till wed solid after that, so I'll keep you posted and thanks again! Marguerite:)
  6. Hi!! I was banded on 11/14/05! So excited, alittle nervous still, as of 11/22/05 i lost 15 pounds seems like alot to start,exstatic but is that the norm? If anyone has some good input on what to eat to keep Protein intake up and just general info about best food choices. I know I'm early in the game but i'm nervous about amount and type of food to eat because i dont want to break anything. Any and all imput apprieciated!
