    Thanks guys for the advice! Taking it all in one day at a time. Today I have a slight headache..I just took some ibuprofen. I can't have any yogurt. Only shakes, Jello, crystal light, broth, popsicles. .straight liquid..like no short cuts LOL...these popsicles will be a meal LOL..     You need to ask them what do they mean by multidisciplinary program. I have Cigna and their definition was that I had to meet with a nutritionist for 3 months, show 2 years of my weight and get a medical clearance letter. Insurance company's we know can be tricky because they don't want to really pay for anything anyway...get into the specifics with Aetna..
