Hi Everyone! I got great news to share..I am tired of driving for hours to get a fill..how about you..I just found Dr. Domkowski who works in Sebastian, Florida just north of Vero Beach. I just talked to his office today with Rebecca and made my much needed appointment for a fill... Dr. Domkowski is welcoming new fill patients and even patients who had surgery out of the country..Just bring your records with you on the first visit. The other good news is he charges $200 for the first visit which includes a fill w/o fluro and that even includes the next fill. Then is $80 per fill w/o fluro. Very affordable in these times...If you need fluro that can be done at Sebastian Hospital for $300 and Palm Bay for $276. Dr. Domkowski is also doing lap band and gastric sleeve. I was a self pay...and if your insurance does pay then I am sure you can use it..just call the office. The fills are now $100 as I was there a few months ago and have another appointment next week. He is a great doctor!

My first visit was $200 and I could go back anytime wwithin a 30 day period for no charge and I did. Any additional fills are $80 which is really good. Now this is without floro but then most can be done this way..I nrought my x-rays with me... He is top rated here...Best of luck...Brenda in Vero Beach.

I must say Dr. Jose Rodriguez was the best and most professional I found and I did a lot of research...I had lap bad surgery March 28, 2008 and have lost 63 lbs to date..I wanted a slow loss to keep it off and it has worked. The hospital I was in was outside of El PAso in Juarez and I even have some photos I took...spotless and clean and only about 1 year old then.....the important people that you deal with speak English so that is good...I don't speak Spanish so I was at a loss for any of that..but I managed quite well. I have a lot of good information I can share ...try not to be scared it is a relativly simple and quick procedure and I am sure your and your sister will be fine..I slept on my belly the 2 nights I stayed in the hospital. I used Belite and everything worked out fine..Teri and Jessica were very nice and dedicated to helping...I have some pictures of the hospital I took myself,not the best pictures but is was super clean.. I have used him twice and with the paperwork and xrays from Mexico he did not need flouro and I paid $150 each time..I am very pleased. I am not in any local support groups but check on-line. If you have some ideas I am open. I am losing my beautful long hair and that is killing me...each day is a horror. I am heading to the salon to buy come Nioxin today for a treatment...I had surgery 3/28/08 with Dr. Rod in Juarez..he was great. Brenda

No other fill centers that I know Amy...I did not need flouro as the doctor looked at the xrays and saw excatly what he needed to do..I would think any good doc could do that..Dr. Wizman in Coral Springs is the best I know of within 2 hours of Vero Beach, Fl. He is $150 per fill for the last two I had. I wish they did have a center here or closer but they do not..Maybe I should open one...I thought of that.

Like the gentleman said, I have heard it from frends who go there..you can get plan and even finance it...Great idea..I jsut wish they had one near me..

Dr. Paul Wizman in Margate, FL - Coral Springs area - (954) 969-1355 2960 N St Rd 7 Suite 102, Margate, Fl across from Hospital Talk to Kim and she will give you the details..I really liked him my first fill was 5/28/08. I have anotehr one set for 9/17/08. First consult $75, then if all is well he may fill in the office it would be $150 total..if the first one he feels he needs to do fluoro he will use the hospital and that total charge would be $230.. Then at the office each one there after is $150.. Forgot to mention I was banded in Mexico and he will do them..bring your Dr. Report and Xrays and most likely he will go it the first time in his office if he can see/feel the see/feel the port.
