My insurance approval packet was submitted last Thursday and today, my surgeon's nurse emailed me saying they had denied coverage, due to missing nutritional consultation. That was submitted in the original packet. Nurse re-submitted the packet again, and my fingers are crossed. This is beyond nerve-wracking.
