When I get a fill I loose weight quickly for about 3 weeks. This is also a time that I can't eat anything without getting sick. But then after the 3rd week I can eat fine again but the weight loss is gone and I fluctuate up and down 2 lbs. Do anyone else have this problem or have any advice??? I know this sounds weird but set a timer and take a full minute between bites. My nurse told me this and i thought that was crazy. I was desperate and tried it. You can't believe how fast you normally eat. IT WORKS WONDERS. Sent from my D6708 using the BariatricPal App
