Can anyone tell me how day of surgery goes at Kaiser? When is the final weigh in? Have any of you had your surgery canceled due to weight gain? I haven't gained weight but my body hates me and I'm stressing out about being one lbs heavier or something. Sent from my Z828 using the BariatricPal App

I'm five weeks out of surgery and I have a terrible cold and cough. What cold medicine do you all take? I was told liquid coffee syrup and nyquil are no-no's after surgery. Thanks for your responses.

I had surgery on August 1st. I didn't have to attend lifestyle classes and never needed a food log but if you aren't losing weight as they think you should they will require one. Liz, the case manager, has a difficult personality but I found once I made her my "friend" she was much nicer and if she likes you everything will go better. Honestly, I just told myself to do what I had to do get my surgery, after you have your surgery they can't take it away.

Hey there! Im going thru richmond kaiser with Dr. Im. I have my meeting with the case manager on Monday and was told I will receive an august survey date. I'm more than excited.
