    I am 3 months out and have lost 58lbs. I started at 234 in a size 20. Today I'm 176 and a loose 18 but for the life of me I can't get into a 16. All the loose skin around my lower belly won't allow it

    I lost 13lbs and now I'm stuck for 4 days. I know I'm in a stall right now but it's annoying. I go to the dr tomorrow for my 1 month follow up.

    My dr chose sleeve for me because I have low iron and take supplements for it. He said with the bypass, I would be a high risk for having to have iron infusions so that he recommended the sleeve. I took his recommendation since he has been doing this for years. Best thing that has happened to me. HW 234 SW 218 sleeved 2/6 CW 205 GW 145

    I'm feeling pretty good. Went on a 1 mile walk today and felt good to get out. I have a small amount of pain on my right side but other than that, no pain. I've stopped pain meds so that's good. Hitting water goals is no problem but protein goal is hard. I think I'm going to go to 2 shakes a day so I can hit protein goal. Hw 234 SW 218 CW 217 GW 145

    I have that on Friday to sign all the consents and such. I'm pre-admitted to the hospital already and have met with my surgeon again. I'm ready for Monday! How are y'all doing on liquid diet? I'm down 13.3lbs and hanging strong on diet. Hubs is doing a modified liquid diet with me (he is eating 1 sensible meal whereas mine is all liquid).

    Mine is scheduled for Nov 28th. I've already done 2 weeks preop diet in hopes of a Halloween surgery but that didn't happen. I'm eating 1 sensible meal a day but keeping to the liquid for the most part. I start liquid diet again on Nov 14th.

    Today is day 3 of the 2 week liquid diet. I feel so horrible. I have a headache, dizziness and this morning I threw up my protein shake. Please tell me this gets easier. I have done super well and have not cheated at all. Hope to have surgery on Halloween. I have 1 more NUT appointment before my dr will schedule.

    I have done the seminar and first of three NUT appointments. I meet with the surgeon on Thursday for my consult. Hoping to have surgery by Mid October (happy birthday to me). My husband is not on board and thinks I'm taking the easy way out. Hahaha. This is so not easy. I have already started dietary changes and adding some exercise. Good luck to us all!
