It's easy Vicki. Go up to the top of this page and click on User CP... Then on the left hand side go down to Options and Settings and click on Edit Signature. In the box you'll see your banner.. Click on the one that you do NOT want and press your delete key on your keyboard. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the yellow Save Signature button. Click that and you're good. Easy Peasy  -

You know i'm a nite owl :thumbup: Here is the link: Weight Loss - Diet Ticker another way of getting there is to click on anyone's banner and it'll take you directly to the tickerfactory. Then put in your password and it'll take you to your information. If you forgotten your password, you'll have to create the banner all over again because it does'nt save the passwords in a retrievable database. -

Congrats on your progress, you're doing really well:thumbup: I love closet shopping.. I found clothes I had from back in the 80's  Stone wash denim skirt and jeans. Oh and I found my stonewash denim dress too (still a little tight). Don't think I aint gonna wear it! lol ..I'll find a way to modernize those pieces. -

Next year we could always get permission to put some flyers at the clinic so that other banders who do'nt use this site will know about it too. We can even add the bypass pts too.. After all its all about the journey ..not so much the procedure. -

Hi Barbee, Not everyone have problems with the fills. I think it depends on how sensitive your stomach is to them. I do'nt have problems with the fill itself but I've had problems with heartburn. Depending on your pain level they can be a little uncomfortable. You'll be ok  -

Yup that'll fix him alright...deflate your band so that you gain more weight..good going barb. sheesh! but yeah that is a weird feeling to be full in the pouch but not in the lower stomach. Now I try to drink a glass of water a half hour before preparing my meal so that atleast something is in my lower stomach. -

How long does it take for a fill to really kick-in good? For me it seems to take two to three weeks and I see for some it takes a couple hours?? I got filled on the 17th and I think it's starting to really kick-in some. But it's strange cause my pouch feels full and yet I feel hunger in my lower stomach..that's not suppose to happen
